What a request must include
Identify the exact material, proposed use, format, territory, language, audience, quantity or reach, access or price model, duration, release date, responsible organization, and proposed credit. Do not submit confidential contracts, identity records, payment details, or material you are not authorized to share through the public form.
A request is not a grant
Submitting a request, receiving an acknowledgment, or discussing possible terms does not grant a license or permission. Use may begin only after Leone Connect Publishing issues a separate written grant identifying the approved material, scope, territory, language, term, attribution, and any fee. A change in platform, edition, quantity, territory, language, term, or excerpt requires further review.

- No automatic licenseAn email receipt or planning conversation is not permission to reproduce, translate, adapt, distribute, record, or publish the work.
- Use only after written termsPermission exists only in a separate written agreement or letter that identifies the approved material and scope.
- Submit public referencesLink to public supporting information when useful. Do not upload confidential contracts, manuscripts, identity records, payment data, or material you lack authority to share.
- Changes require reviewA new language, territory, edition, platform, term, quantity, excerpt, or business model may require a new decision.
