Our commitment

The Five C Theory and Leone Connect Publishing are committed to accessibility and to improving access for readers, students, educators, customers, researchers, and community participants with disabilities. We design and review the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. This is an ongoing commitment, not a claim that every page or third-party service currently conforms in every respect.

Practices we support

Our accessibility work includes:

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and meaningful page titles
  • Keyboard access and visible focus indicators
  • Readable color contrast, scalable text, and responsive layouts
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and text alternatives for important diagrams
  • Labels, instructions, and understandable errors for forms
  • Descriptive links and controls with adequate touch targets
  • Support for reduced motion, lower-data reading, and reader-controlled text settings
  • Captions, transcripts, or summaries for important audio and video where available
  • Accessible download formats or reasonable alternatives when they can be provided

Reader controls and offline access

The website includes reading controls for text size, spacing, contrast, motion, and image use. Some public pages and documents may be saved for offline reading through the Offline Access tools. Browser-only notes, bookmarks, and reading position remain on the user’s device as described in the Cookie Notice.

Known barriers and limitations

Some complex diagrams, older documents, downloadable PDFs, interactive planning tools, third-party payment or media services, and user-submitted material may present accessibility barriers. Facebook and YouTube content is controlled by the external provider after a visitor chooses to load it. Automated testing cannot identify every barrier, so representative human review remains part of our process.

Pages and resources continue to be revised. When a barrier cannot be corrected immediately, we will work to provide the information or service through a reasonable alternative.

Downloads and educational materials

Before ordering or using a download, check the format stated on the product or resource page. If a PDF, ebook, slide deck, worksheet, audio file, video, or educator resource is not usable with your technology, request an accessible format or equivalent route. We will review availability, rights, and the timing needed for the request.

Report an accessibility barrier

Use Contact and Support or email info@fivectheory.com. Please include:

  • The page address, feature, document, or media item
  • What you were trying to do
  • The barrier or error you encountered
  • Your browser, device, and assistive technology if you choose to share them
  • The format or alternative that would help

Do not include medical records, passwords, full payment-card details, or more personal information than is needed to understand the barrier.

How we respond

Accessibility reports are reviewed with the relevant editorial, design, development, or fulfillment owner. We will communicate the available next step, which may be a correction, an alternative format, direct assistance, or an explanation of a third-party limitation. Material accessibility corrections may also be recorded through the public Corrections process.

Third-party content

We cannot guarantee the accessibility of a third-party website or service, but we consider accessibility when selecting and configuring services and provide a direct link or alternative route where practical. Third-party privacy and service terms apply after a visitor chooses to use that service.

Ongoing review

We review representative desktop and mobile pages, keyboard navigation, focus order, forms, downloads, media, and major release changes. This statement will be updated when the target, known limitations, contact route, or material accessibility practices change.

Accessibility and performance evidence

Formal review in progress

The site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and current Core Web Vitals through automated checks and documented human testing. This status does not claim that every user need or third-party component is fully covered.
