What this policy covers

This policy applies to digital products and protected downloads supplied by The Five C Theory or Leone Connect Publishing. It covers paid ebooks and digital materials, as well as free resources delivered through a confirmed request. Streaming media, third-party downloads, and browser-only offline pages may have separate terms shown where the feature is used.

Current status

Paid digital ordering is not yet open. When it opens, the product page will identify the edition, file format, price, device or software requirements, delivery method, and any download limit or access period before payment. Joining the publication list is not a purchase and does not create download access.

Delivery and access

After payment is confirmed, a paid digital product will ordinarily be delivered to the purchaser’s confirmed email address or protected order page using the timing stated at checkout. A free resource may require email confirmation before its protected delivery link is sent.

The purchaser is responsible for entering an accessible email address, keeping the delivery message, and protecting a private download link. If a link has a download limit or expiry, that limit will be disclosed before purchase or in the delivery notice. Forwarding a private link may disable access and does not transfer the license.

Supported formats and devices

Available formats may include PDF, EPUB, audio, video, presentation, document, worksheet, or archive files. Not every product will be available in every format. The product page controls. Customers should check compatibility with their device, reading application, storage capacity, accessibility tools, and internet connection before ordering.

We do not promise compatibility with every device, operating system, application, or assistive technology. If an accessible format is needed, use the Accessibility contact route before purchase or as soon as a barrier is found.

Your license

Unless a product or written agreement says otherwise, a digital purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal reading and use. Ownership of the copyright is not transferred.

You may make a reasonable backup for your own use and use normal device features needed to read or listen. You may not post the file publicly, share a private link, upload it to a shared drive or learning management system, email copies to a group, resell it, remove rights information, translate or adapt it, or use it for commercial training or artificial-intelligence training without written permission.

Educational and organizational use

A personal purchase does not authorize copying for a class, course pack, LMS, library network, workshop, staff program, reading group, or organization. See Educational Licensing or submit a request through Rights and Permissions. Open resources may carry a separate permission statement that allows broader use.

Failed or incomplete delivery

If a delivery message does not arrive, check spam or promotions folders and confirm the address used for the order. Then contact support with the order reference and the affected product. We may verify payment and email status, refresh a link, resend the authorized file, or provide a supported replacement format. We will never ask for a password or full payment-card number.

Corrections and updated files

A corrected file may replace an earlier version when a typographical, factual, accessibility, or production issue is found. The Corrections page records material public changes where appropriate. A purchase does not automatically include every future edition, format, translation, supplement, or substantially revised work unless the product page says so.

Refunds

Because a digital file cannot ordinarily be returned after access, a completed download is not refundable for change of mind, an unsupported device that was disclosed before purchase, or a failure to read the stated requirements. This does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We will review a refund request for a duplicate charge, a paid file that was never delivered and could not be restored after reasonable support, a materially defective or misdescribed file, or another situation where law requires a refund. A refund may end the associated license and download access.

Security and misuse

We may limit or revoke a private link when automated abuse, public sharing, redistribution, fraud, or another material violation is detected. We will distinguish ordinary device changes and legitimate accessibility use from misuse and will provide a support route for review.

Get help

Use Contact and Support and include the order or request reference, product name, file format, device or application, and a description of the problem. Do not send the file itself unless support specifically asks for a non-sensitive diagnostic copy.
