Writing assistance can accelerate a draft. It cannot supply human responsibility for evidence, fairness, accessibility, correction, or publication.

Generation is the beginning, not the decision

The private Insight Writer can turn a supplied essay into a structured editorial package. It helps organize a title, standfirst, central claim, argument sections, counterpoint, implications, reading compass, source prompts, verification flags, inquiry suggestions, and search metadata.

That assistance is deliberately bounded. The model receives only the supplied essay and selected settings. It does not browse for evidence, invent citations, publish a post, approve a passport, or decide that a claim is true.

A draft enters a human pipeline explicitly

Generation alone creates nothing in WordPress. An administrator must choose the separate review-draft action. The pipeline then validates the package, rejects a duplicate Insight address, creates Draft status only, and begins every review requirement in a pending state.

The editorial board tracks source basis, claim checks, distinctions, fairness and safety, structure, internal routes, accessibility, and the final human read. Existing approved essays are not silently enrolled or altered.

Claims and sources receive their own ledger

Every generated central claim, source note, and verification flag enters an exact-revision verification ledger. A human reviewer records the outcome, evidence type, decision note, name, and review date. A changed title, excerpt, article body, or generated package invalidates the earlier decision.

This prevents a completed checklist from drifting onto a different piece of writing. It also preserves an important distinction: a generated source prompt is an editorial question, not a citation or fact.

Publication remains an independent gate

A pipeline-created essay cannot reach the public Insights library until its pipeline and verification work are complete and the separate item-specific Editorial Passport passes. The passport covers claim, evidence, distinctions, fairness, safety, accessibility, links, corrections, approval owner, and review date.

The process is intentionally slower than pressing Publish. Its purpose is not to make the technology appear intelligent. Its purpose is to keep publication responsibility visible, attributable, and reversible.

Read the result of the editorial standard.

The public Insights library keeps unfinished briefs outside the archive and presents complete essays through guided reading paths.
