Salone Five C · Public Question Desk

Turn a durable complaint into a question that can be preserved.

Use the Five C method to define what is observable, identify public responsibility, preserve relevant evidence, ask one specific question, and name what meaningful follow-through would look like.

01

Observe

Describe what is happening, to whom, where, and how often without exaggeration.

02

Identify

Name the institution, rule, budget, office, process, or decision that carries responsibility.

03

Document

Preserve dates, records, costs, published commitments, and responses that can be checked.

04

Ask

State one answerable public question instead of a broad accusation or slogan.

05

Follow

Define the response, correction, record, deadline, or next action that would count.

Approved public questions

Questions that passed editorial review.

This is not a complaint channel, allegation board, or promise of an answer. Questions are displayed only after privacy, accuracy, consent, and public wording are reviewed.

The desk is open, but no question is published automatically.

The first public question will appear only after the contributor grants permission and an editor confirms specific wording, public relevance, privacy, and accuracy.
