Submitting does not create membership, certification, employment, compensation, appointment, or authority to represent The Five C Theory. The present pathway supports screened conversations and limited pilot activities while real participation is developed responsibly.
What responsible facilitation requires
Steward the method, not the participants’ conclusions.
Know the framework
Distinguish the Five Cs, show their connections, and avoid reducing the theory to slogans.
Use evidence carefully
Separate documented fact, lived experience, interpretation, allegation, and political opinion.
Protect the room
Create inclusive participation, respect privacy, manage conflict, and apply youth safeguards where relevant.
Keep clear boundaries
Do not promise institutional answers, legal advice, certification, funding, endorsement, or outcomes the program has not authorized.

Selected applicants discuss the framework, approved materials, evidence standards, privacy, escalation, and branding limits.

A written invitation defines one activity, responsibilities, permitted materials, evaluation, and follow-through.
