Apply for private review and possible orientation toward one carefully defined pilot activity. This is participation before certification or membership.

Proposals remain private. Only separately verified Community Initiative records may become public.

Preserve a local public experience with its evidence, method, limitations, and Five C connection.
Submit material privately or read reports that have passed source, privacy, claims, attribution, disclosure, and right-to-reply review.
Development stage
No complex membership system is being launched.
The initiative will begin with events, email communication, free resources, reading circles, educator collaboration, and selected partnerships. Chapters, certification, membership, and an annual forum should follow only when participation demonstrates a real need.
